What's Blooming

My gardens are not big, but there always seems to be something new blooming.  This week it is the Black-Eyed Susans (that name I can remember!).  Some of the flowers have had all their petals eaten by something but I was able to bring some in to enjoy.

  1. I always find it so appropriate that these bloom towards August when everything is hot and sunny; they seem like drifts of intense sunlight through the garden. Sorry about the bugs!

  2. My Black-Eyed Susans took a beating this year by the beetles and bugs. You got some lovely shots.
